Cairn Terriers are Happy and Friendly Puppers
When most people think of Cairn Terriers they think of Toto from the Wizard of Oz. These are adorable and friendly dogs that everyone loves. They are small, playful, and will put a smile on your face every day.
Because they were bred to track down and dispense of vermin, they will chase rabbits, squirrels and the like. So if you add a Cairn Terrier to your family, please do not also bring in guinea pigs, hamster, gerbils, or hedgehogs as your Cairn will not see them as family. They also love to explore and dig; therefore, a fenced in yard or some safe play area is important to have.
They have wiry medium length coats which require little grooming. They shed very little. These happy, loving, and loyal. They will be happy to sit on your lap or go for a walk.
All of our Cairn Terriers receive a 5-in-1 puppy shot at the vaccination laboratory's recommended schedule. We are proud of our line as they have great temperaments. Each puppy comes with a CKC registration paper, their shot record, a couple toys, and a small ziplok bag of what s/he is currently eating.
